Futures Designer & Researcher
Wilmarie is a cultural researcher, art director and designer with an interest in the symbiotic relationship between humans and brands.
With over seven years of experience working for some of South Africa’s leading advertising agencies, such as Leo Burnette, Joe Public and Grid Worldwide, she’s developed an in-depth understanding of brand strategy, human insights, and cultural trends. She has worked on a broad spectrum of clients across the globe from finance and retail, to fast food and fashion.
Wilmarie holds a degree in graphic design from the North-West University specialising in visual communications, anthropology, and sociology. When she’s not making “one last final design tweak” to a client presentation, she is running along the beautiful coastline of Cape Town.
