Poised at the intersection of SOON’s core business, products and clients, Ella works closely with the leadership team to strategically develop SOON’s offering and connect purposeful businesses with a range of futures solutions.

Drawing from a diverse past career in the arts and a Master of Marketing from RMIT University, Ella employs a creative, yet systematic approach to helping clients realise an inspiring and informed future. She combines her background and strong commercial acumen to nurture rewarding, enduring business relationships and to support our team to seamlessly deliver SOON’s innovative projects from end-to-end. 

Working in tandem with SOON, Ella also helps drive Business Development with leading Australian creative agency, The TABOO Group. 

Ella is deeply fascinated by the human condition and rationalising why we do the things we do, understanding that our motivations range from the utterly profound to simpler joys of a truffle cheese toastie from the Queen Vic Market.
